Reg and Elaine Garner.

Reg has been a Christian about 40 years, and Elaine about 30 years. They have been married 15 years and have two boys. Originally they both come from a Baptist tradition where Reg was involved in leading Covenanters ( a Christian youth Organisation), home-groups, pastoral work, preaching, teaching and leadership.

Reg is the pastor and one of the leadership team at Soteria. As well as being pastor, he is involved in the teaching ministry of the church. Elaine has a prophetic ministry, and has a heart for worship and caring for people.

They both minister to people, particularly in the deliverance and counselling ministry. They are also involved in worship some Sunday mornings group. They have a heart to see people come to Christ, and those whose lives have been broken and damaged healed and set-free.

Peter and Carol Bowell.

Carol and I have been married for nearly thirty five years, we have two grown up sons. We have lived all this time in South Ruislip.
Carol was confirmed in a local Church of England in 1979, I remained a ‘I don’t mind you doing this but leave me out of it!’ But God had other ideas! I was saved in 1981 and we became part of the House Church movement, since then it has been something of a .’roller coaster ride’ with great highs and depressing lows, many times I have wanted to give up God, it was just too difficult to carry on, but I could not deny what Christ had done for me, gave His life for me, what right had I to walk away from that? We have seen God working our marriage, in our family, in our work, in our relationships with others. We know God is at work today changing peoples lives. When we came together to form Soteria we believed God wanted us to be a Hospital Church repairing broken lives and spirits, giving people rest and recuperation. We believe God is at work in this fellowship, if you think God has brought you this far, then why not travel a little further and come and visit us?

Paul and Gill Elkin.

Paul and Gill were brought up in the Church of England, confirmed and married in their local parish church in 1976. Our three children were born during the next few years and are now all grown-up and two grandchildren have been added to the family.

During the early 1980’s we were challenged by the Holy Spirit to join the local House Church movement. Over the subsequent years this grew into one of the largest charismatic churches in the Uxbridge area.

We were called to leadership of the new Soteria fellowship when it was formed in January 2002. We both have a heart for overseas missions and have been involved in Spain, India and currently the children’s work that the fellowship support in Uganda. Gill has been involved in worship for many years and particularly leads the worship when Paul is preaching. Together we lead the churches prayer ministry and the Club Soteria outreach events.

Our joint passions is to see revival in this land, and a powerful outpouring of the Holy Spirit bringing salvation, healing and deliverance to this nation.
